Assessment first, licensed plumbing when required

Clear responsibility protects the homeowner
A prior journeyman background helps recognize symptoms, but it is not a current plumbing license. The licensed plumber remains responsible for the plumbing connection and permit scope. Knight Group remains responsible only for the eligible handyman and finish work stated in its own written estimate.
