1099 contractor application
Overflow handyman-scope work for independent contractors. This is not a W-2 job listing and not a homeowner estimate form. Homeowners should use booking.
Vetted 1099s for overflow Pinellas work
Knight Group Handyman Services LLC is a registered, insured Safety Harbor company. When the board is full, we use independent contractors for handyman-scope overflow — drywall, paint, carpentry, punch lists, hardware, and finish closeout.
This is 1099 contractor work, not W-2 employment. Applying does not create a job offer. We review documents, confirm insurance, and only then talk about fit and availability.
Knight Group is not a licensed electrical, plumbing, or HVAC contractor. Do not apply expecting to perform potable-water connections, service-panel work, or other licensed-trade work as Knight Group. Those jobs are routed to licensed providers.
Contractor pay
These figures are what we pay the contractor on a ticket, not the homeowner rate. Homeowners see published customer pricing. Contractor pay is variable. For general handyman jobs, typical pay is:
$75 first hour
Per job, on general handyman tickets
$50 each hour after
Same job; the first hour resets on the next ticket
Other work varies
Specialty, vendor, and unusual scopes can pay differently. We confirm the ticket before you take it.
Applying does not lock a rate. A given job can pay more or less than the general figures above.
