Carpet was pulled off tack strips with vacuum also pulled staples from under stairs. Stretched carpet tight to tack strips and staple base where needed. Front door thumb lever internal mechanism broke replaced lock set and rekeyed to existing keys. Roller for screen door is worn took off track and adjusted spring and reset
