Knight Group Handyman Services LLC serves homeowners across Safety Harbor, Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Largo, Oldsmar, Seminole, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Temple Terrace, and nearby Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco County communities with drywall, carpentry, painting, doors, screens, hardware, caulk, punch-list work, plumbing and electrical issue documentation with licensed-trade routing, and scheduled Home Watch visits for seasonal, second, and vacant homes. Co-owner Vince Knight, Field Operations Lead, brings journeyman plumbing experience and a Florida property-management background. Standard handyman visits are **$150 first hour / $75 each additional hour**, with specialty work at **$200 first hour / $100 additional**, and **no 2-hour minimum** on small jobs. Home Watch uses separate published plans. Handyman route expansion: Lutz / North Tampa may be accepted by address confirmation. North Tampa is a neighborhood label, not a separate city office. Knight Group does not maintain a Lutz office. Temple Terrace is a served Hillsborough city with its own page.
