TV mounting in Pinellas County

TV mounting on studs, block, or brick in Safety Harbor, Clearwater, and Pinellas County. Level, secure, cables hidden neatly. No electrical rewiring.

TV mounting done like a carpenter would do it

A wall-mounted TV is a heavy object hanging over your couch, your kids, and your floor. Knight Group mounts flat-screens the way we hang anything that matters: find the framing, use a mount rated for the TV, level it, and hide the cables neatly. We are a registered and insured handyman company based in Safety Harbor, serving Pinellas County.

What we mount

  • Fixed, tilting, and full-motion (articulating) wall mounts for most flat-screen sizes
  • TVs on drywall over wood or metal studs, and on concrete block or brick with masonry anchors
  • Over-fireplace mounts when the wall, mantel height, and heat clearance allow it
  • Soundbars, streaming boxes, floating media shelves, and cable boxes
  • Remounting or moving a TV to a new room, and patching the old mount holes

How a Knight Group TV install runs

We confirm the TV size, weight, and VESA pattern against the mount rating before drilling. Lag bolts go into framing, not just drywall. On block and brick walls we use masonry anchors sized for the load. We set the height with you, level the bracket, and check that a full-motion arm clears the wall and nearby trim when it swings.

For cables, we use paintable surface raceways, or an in-wall pass-through kit rated for low-voltage cables (HDMI, coax, network) where the wall allows. We do not add or relocate power outlets. If you want a new outlet behind the TV, that is licensed electrical work, and we will tell you so up front.

TV mounting pricing

TV mounting is billed at our specialty rate: $200 for the first hour and $100 for each hour after, with no two-hour minimum. Mount hardware is supplied by you unless we quote it. Adding a soundbar, shelf, or second TV in the same visit usually costs less than a second trip. See the pricing hub for how we bill.

What is outside TV-mounting scope

  • New electrical outlets, circuits, or moving power behind the TV (we refer a licensed electrician)
  • Structural changes, or mounting into walls with unknown or damaged framing
  • Ceiling mounts, which we assess case by case on site

Removing an old TV and mount? We can patch, texture, and paint the holes in the same visit. See drywall repair and small jobs for related work.

TV mounting across Pinellas County

Knight Group routes daily from Safety Harbor through Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Oldsmar, Largo, and Seminole. Many Pinellas homes have concrete block exterior walls and drywall interior walls, so we ask which wall the TV is going on before we arrive and bring the right anchors.

Condo owners: check your association rules on drilling into shared or exterior walls. We can work from the rules or a building engineer's note.

Book a TV mounting estimate

Send a photo of the wall, the TV size and model, the mount you have (or want), and where the nearest outlet is. That is usually enough for a written number before we schedule. Use the booking form or text photos to (813) 649-3341.

Yes. We use masonry anchors sized for the TV and mount on block and brick walls, which are common in Pinellas County homes.
