Knight Group Handyman Services LLC is fully insured and operates with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Our services comply with local regulations, and we take on projects that do not require permits or those that can be subcontracted under a licensed general contractor.
No refunds will be provided once a project has been completed. However, if there are any concerns regarding the quality of work, customers are encouraged to contact us within 7 days of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with services after completion. For more details, please review our Terms of Service.
Our programming and software solutions are tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Due to the customized nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once services have been delivered. If orders are canceled before working on the project, customers may be intitled to a full return.
If a project is incomplete due to time constraints or payment issues, no refund will be issued for the portion of work already completed. However, in cases where the agreed-upon functionality is not delivered, we will review the situation and give a full or partial refund if the responsibility lies with Knight Group.
Clients should reach out within 14 days of project completion if they have any concerns regarding their service.
