Every job Knight Group completes is backed by our workmanship guarantee. We're registered, insured, and proud of the quality we deliver — but if anything doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right.
30-Day Workmanship Guarantee
If any work we've completed shows signs of a workmanship defect within 30 days of completion, we will return and correct it at no charge. No hassle, no argument — we stand behind what we build.
What the Guarantee Covers
Our workmanship guarantee applies to all labor and installation performed by Knight Group technicians, including:
- Plumbing fixture installations and repairs
- Carpentry, shelving, and framing work
- Drywall patching and finishing
- Interior and exterior painting
- Door and window installation
- Electrical fixture work
- General repairs and punch-list items
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by customer modifications after completion
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues arising from pre-existing structural conditions beyond our scope
- Material defects (covered under manufacturer warranty where applicable)
How to Request a Callback
If you have a concern about completed work, contact us within 30 days and we'll schedule a no-cost return visit to assess and correct the issue.

Refund Policy
In cases where a workmanship issue cannot be corrected to a reasonable standard, Knight Group will discuss partial or full refund options depending on the circumstances. Refunds are a last resort — our goal is always to fix the problem and leave you satisfied.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of job completion
- Materials purchased and installed are non-refundable unless defective
- Approved refunds are processed within 5—10 business days
