1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Knight Group's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Knight Group provides the following services:
- General Repairs: Fix leaks, repair drywall, patch holes, and handle all your home maintenance needs
- Plumbing Services: Pipe repairs, fixture installation, toilet replacement, and supply line connections
- Electrical Work: Outlet installation, light fixture mounting, ceiling fan installation, and minor electrical repairs
- Carpentry & Framing: Custom shelving, cabinet installation, door hanging, and structural repairs
- Painting & Finishing: Interior/exterior painting, drywall finishing, and surface preparation
- Home Renovations: Kitchen updates, bathroom remodels, flooring installation, and room additions
- Doors & Windows: Installation, repair, and replacement of doors, windows, and hardware
- Custom Projects: Built-in storage, custom installations, outdoor projects, and specialty installations
3. Service Agreement
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and initial assessment. Final costs may vary based on actual work required, materials used, and unforeseen complications.
Scheduling and Availability
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule but cannot guarantee specific time slots.
Project Changes
Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- For large projects, we may require a deposit or progress payments
5. Warranty and Guarantees
We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from completion. This warranty covers:
- Defects in our workmanship
- Failures directly related to our installation or repair work
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Issues with materials not supplied by us
- Problems caused by acts of nature or external factors
6. Insurance and Liability
Knight Group is fully insured and registered. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing conditions or hidden damage
- Damage to property not directly related to our work
- Consequential or indirect damages
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the work needed
- Ensuring access to work areas
- Removing valuable or fragile items from work areas
- Obtaining necessary permits when required
- Informing us of any known hazards or special conditions
8. Cancellation Policy
- Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment without penalty
- Same-day cancellations may incur a service call fee
- For projects in progress, cancellation terms will be negotiated based on work completed
9. Intellectual Property
All custom designs, software, and solutions created by Knight Group remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Direct communication and good faith negotiation
- Mediation if necessary
- Legal proceedings in Pinellas County, Florida courts as a last resort
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Pinellas County, Florida.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
