2. Handyman Services
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our completed work, we will:
- Return to address any workmanship issues at no additional cost
- Make reasonable efforts to correct problems related to our installation or repairs
- Provide partial refunds only in cases where work cannot be corrected
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Materials purchased and installed (unless defective)
- Labor costs for completed work that meets industry standards
- Diagnostic fees and service calls
- Work cancelled after completion

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- Cash payments: 3-5 business days
- Check payments: 7-10 business days
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days (depending on card issuer)
